As a seasoned Advisor, Facilitator, and Executive Business Coach, Jean Nicolai is the Founder & President of SteppingStone Global. His professional experience spans nearly three decades, beginning in 1996 as a Management Consultant, Leadership Coach, and Trainer. He founded the “SteppingStone” concept in Belgium in 2004 before establishing the firm’s Middle East headquarters in the Kingdom of Bahrain in 2009
Jean’s diverse background also includes serving as a CEO in the furniture industry across Europe, Indonesia, Singapore, and Australia. He has also worked as an International Business Development Consultant in Australia, Indonesia, and the Philippines
