About
An award winning veteran projects manager and internationally certified executive leadership coach, Mike is proud to be associated with the ‘SteppingStone Global’ brand.
Since graduating from Sandhurst in 1986, Mike has been involved in many aspects of leadership, management and transformation delivery. His enormous drive and passion for continuous improvement is combined with a very direct approach and an often humorous creativity that naturally brings out the best in others.
His 30 plus year career in the British Army and subsequent IT consultancy, has covered many industries and cultures which is why his coaching is so effective. Mike is a recognised project turnaround expert and has successfully delivered many stalled and challenged projects by coaching and mentoring the organisational teams to perform better.
Mike is also a well-known thespian in Bahrain and conducts regular improvisation workshops at the British Club
