For over two decades, I have been driven by a single purpose: to help individuals and organizations unlock their full potential. This vision first took shape in Belgium with the founding of the “SteppingStone” concept in 2004, and since 2009, it has been our guiding principle as we’ve expanded our reach to the Middle East.
