On 18th March 2015, SteppingStone Global WLL in cooperation with Bahrain SMEs Society, held its first Introductory workshop ” Advanced Management Program for SME Business Owners” to highlight the benefit of the SMEs Owners using Tamkeen Career Progression Program support. High numbers of attendees enlisted for the upcoming program.
‘Advanced Management for SME Business Owners’
Customized Interactive Programs of 92 hours (Value 2,400 BD):
- Preliminary Analysis and Individual Confidential Interviews
- 11 group session of 8 hours/day spread over 6 weeks
Program 1: Manufacturing, Production, Logistics, Construction…
Program 2: Services, Trading, Retail, Hospitality…
- Groups will be made up of a minimum of 8 people to a maximum of 15 people
- The participants register with SSG, and SSG coordinates the approval process with Tamkeen
Planned Schedule:
- Registration via SSG till 26 March 2015
- SSG coordinate with Tamkeen to complete participants application till approval by 23 April
- Preliminary Individual and Confidential Interviews with each participant on 27 & 28 April
- Group sessions from 5th May till 9th June (2 days a week)
