On Saturday 31st January, over thirty employees of the Capital Club Bahrain began a series of learning and development programs focusing on excellence in service, communication and alignment. These workshops are part of the Club’s continued commitment to individuals working for the Club and reaffirm the Club’s mission to excel at and continually improve the quality of the services offered to members and guests.
Dina Haikel, General Manager Capital Club Bahrain, said: “We are delighted with the first of a series of coaching and training programs delivered by SteppingStone Global for the Capital Club team.” She added: “Everyone was thoroughly engaged and we are looking forward to the next workshop, focussing on Solutions-Orientated Communications.”
