Bahraini-based SteppingStone Global was honoured by the President of SGB Al-Dabal Company Ltd in January, Emad Al-Dabal (fourth from left), following the completion of a four month leadership coaching and training program for the company’s 40 strong management team from various departments.
Jean Nicolai, SteppingStone Global (SSG) Founder and President (fifth from left), said, “The owners of SGB Al-Dabal Company graciously presented a special award to SSG, in recognition of our work.” He added, “SBG Al Dabal management is seeing valuable changes in work practices leading to sustainable transformation within the organisation”.
Talking about the success of the workshops, Emad Al-Dabal, President SGB Al-Dabal, said: “The knowledge shared will enhance the level of communication between all different departments within the company.”
