A total of 17 Intercol employees attended the “Leadership in Management by Solution Oriented Communication & Actions in Challenging Times” training course from the 15Th of September at the Intercol Training Centre. The aim of this course is to help employees acquire the basic knowledge and tools to successfully lead others towards the effective accomplishment of the organization’s strategic objectives and achieve effective results and to adopt a manager’s leadership style to situations and team needs. Prof. Jean Nicolai, founder and president of SteppingStone Global, along with the training team who were composed of Huda Rajab, Intercol’s Training Manager and Mohammed Ali Al Saeed, Human Resources Specialist, conducted the 6-session training course.
The employees who participated were Ebrahim Ali Mohsen Ali (CPD), Mahmood Ali Mansoor Kadhem (CPD/GMD), Yasser Hameed AbdulRedha Ali (CPD), Sayed Mahdi Mhsen Al Matooq (S&I), Hussain Abdulwahed Khamis Madan (S&I), Alawiya S Mahdi Abdulla (LIC), Ebrahim Abbas Ali Kamel IFS), Abdul Murtadha Ebrahim Saleh (MATS), Syed Ammar Ahmed Tirmizi (ARD), Devang Desai (CPD/RB), Harish Soni (MATS), Pooleri Kappalli Ramdas (SHELL), Rajaram S Vasudevan (LIC), Krishna Kandh Marella (NIA), Cecil Varghese (IFS) and Sunita Dourado (IAA).
The training was a success and opened new doors on inter-personal communication and in developing leadership among managers and employees. The participants will be able to apply what they learned from the training and pass it on to their colleagues.
